At Good For You Massage & Day Spa, we have a relaxing day spa atmosphere while also offering a client-centered approach to therapy and injury treatment.  We pride ourselves in taking care of the individual needs of each person through our high standards of care and professionalism.  

Our therapists offer a variety of massage therapy modalities so you are guaranteed to find the style that is right for you.  On-site chair massage is also available for special events and corporate/business settings.

Christy is the skin care specialist!  She will ensure the highest standard of care and treatment to get you the desired result you are looking for.

OUR THERAPISTS

Tabatha Hargis, BA, LMP, NCBTMB - Graduated from Central WA University in 1999 with a BA in Sociology/Law & Justice; Graduated from Touching America School of Massage in Little Rock, AR and completed additional training at Bellevue Massage School in WA; Tabatha has also had 50 hours of training in Reflexology, is Nationally Certifiied, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).  Massage specialties include deep tissue, chronic & acute low-back pain relief, whiplash treatment, trigger point therapy, sports massage/stretching (AIS), on-site chair massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone, reflexology, hydrotherapy, and spa techniques.  Preferred provider for Premera Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Uniform, United, Corvel, First Choice Network, American Specialty Health, L&I, PIP/ Personal Injury cases.  We also accept some Regence and Group Health Plans.

Virginia Fiske, LMP - Graduated from Ashmead in 2007 and a member of International Massage Association; She practices a Swedish massage style with a firm touch, integrated with deep tissue where needed; Virginia also has experience in geriatric massage, prenatal, and various spa treatments.  Add hot stones or aeromatherapy to enhance your relaxation experience.  Preferred Provider for Aetna, Premera, First Choice, Uniform, CIGNA, L & I (workers comp.) provider, & Personal Injury (PIP) Provider.

Amy Pope, LMP - Amy is a recent grad of Ashmead/Everest School of Massage in May, 2008; She is skilled in deep tissue and sports massage techniques, including the Pin & Stretch, and Assisted Isolated Stretching.  
 
Christy Miller - Esthetician- A graduate from the Aveda Academy in 2006 with a certificate in Esthetics.   
Christy is a skin care professional performing high quality services such as, microdermabrasion, waxing, glycolic peels, and various specialized facials to meet your skin care needs. Using top of the line Aveda products along with effective equipment, you are sure to get the results you are looking for.


General Massage Prices (cash discount at time of service):

$40/ 30 min.; $65/ 60 min.; $90/ 90 min.;

Hot Stone = $70/ 60 min.; $95/ 90 min.

Corporate On-site Chair Massage = $1/min. (out-call fee may apply)

(You can add a warm foot soak, paraffin wax dip, or sauna session to any service to enhance your relaxation and wellness experience.)

In addition to massage therapy, we also offer many spa services for you to pamper yourself with!

On-site spa parties are great fun and available for any occasion (girls-night-in, bachelorette/bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc.)  Host a spa party and receive a discount based on a percentage of services sold at the party.  Prices arranged on individual basis.
